Hi Victoria,
I am going to try the banana cinnamon bliss smoothie, it sounds yummy! I have recently been on a detox soup, and am going to embark on juicing for the 1st time!! I had lap band surgery in Jan. and have a long ways to go, but I am doing this for my health, not just so I can get slimmer to “find a man”, lolol. My health is the most important item on my agenda today and everyday from now on!!.
Blessings,
Myra
