The Yoga Plate is a lifestyle food blog founded by Victoria and Tamal Dodge, a husband and wife duo that are passionate about sharing the myriad of benefits a whole food plant based diets can offer.
The Yoga Plate is more than just delicious recipes and an education forum, it is a map to live a conscious and spiritually infused life. Everything that The Yoga Plate shares is in accordance with the yoga system mapped out by great sages such as Patanjali and the wisdom in the Bhagavad Gita. The Yoga Plate looks to help individuals connect the philosophies of yoga with what we put in our mouths and how we can relink with God.
Tamal is an internationally celebrated yoga instructor and founder of Yoga Salt, one of Los Angeles’s most popular yoga centers that has spread its roots across America to the east coast.
Victoria is an acclaimed photographer with many published books and she is a chef that is filled with vigor to share and empower individuals to adopt a healthier lifestyle through food, meditation, exercise, and lifestyle choices.
Together they have raised to two beautiful children (Savannah and Kanai) and have their first cook book “The Yoga Plate” that hits book stores September of 2019. As a family they look to encourage and nourish the world with new recipes, ancient ideas, powerful tools, and a positive outlook.
