You are never going to guess what secret ingredient this pudding contains. Your kids will never know it’s there. I love making this pudding in the summer and dipping fresh strawberries from the famers market in it. Or you can toss fresh blueberries or raspberries on top too with a little splash of hemp seeds. This pudding is actually raw except for the maple syrup and it is packed full of healthy fats, antioxidants and fiber. I would make a double batch if I were you. Ours barely makes it past the first night. 🙂 Enjoy!
Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- 2 large ripe avocados
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup water
- pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- In a food processor add the maple syrup, cacao powder, avocados and process. Add the vanilla, water and pinch of salt to get the desired consistency. This will vary according to the size of your avocados. If they are small I would use 3.
- Chill for about 30 minutes-1 hour and serve!
