Raw Almond Milk

Ingredients
- 1 cup raw almonds, soaked overnight
- 3 cups water
- 4 to 5 pitted dates
- 1 vanilla bean (powder from the inside)
Instructions
- Place soaked almonds with the water they soaked in and put them in a high-speed blender. Add water, dates, vanilla and process until smooth. Pour the milk into a nut milk bag and strain. Squeeze all of the liquid from the pulp into a bowl. Store in a glass jar and chill. You can add 2 tablespoons of raw cacao powder to make raw chocolate milk too!
- Save the almond pulp and store in refrigerator to add to smoothies!
