- 2 cups spelt flour
- 2 cups soymilk or almond milk
- ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2 TBS. agave
- 2 TBS. baking powder
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- Mix batter together until smooth. Preheat the pan. Pour ¼ cup batter on the pan for each pancake. When the top bubbles, flip the pancake. Serve with maple syrup and devour!
