I don’t think there is anyone more skeptical than me when it comes to to the terms “raw” or “vegan.” I love my processed foods, I love my animal products, I love fat, sugar and salt. So the very fact that I not only attended but hosted two of Victoria’s Raw Food preparation classes is hard for even me to fathom. I found both of these classes to be both mind-blowing and delicious. I LOVED the food she prepared! I even solicited her to prepare some of her fantastic granola and almond milk for me and my family. Since the first class in June, I have altered what I chose to eat and how I choose to eat it. By simply selecting raw food-products over processed or animal food-products (one or two meals a day) my whole outlook on food has changed. I have more energy, I have far less “tummy distress” and though I wasn’t trying to, I lost 5 pounds. So, yes – clearly I’m a fan. If you have an opportunity to attend a class, read her materials, try her supplements or eat her food – grab it!
