Coconut Cacao Almond Bites

- 3 cups shredded coconut
- 1 cup almond pulp or finely chopped almonds
- ¾ cup coconut oil-liquid
- ½ cup cacao powder
- ½ cup maple syrup
- 1/8 tsp. sea salt
- In medium bowl combine all the ingredients and mix well. Use a spoon and scoop out mixture rolling them into 1-inch size balls. Refrigerate or freeze before serving. Store in the refrigerator for up to a week, if you can keep them that long!
