This cashew parmesan is a must have at all times in my fridge. I throw it on top of salads, soups, pasta and more! It literally takes about 30 seconds to make. Not bad for a dairy free alternative that not only tastes great but is super nutritious. Loaded with healthy fats, fiber, B12 and loads of vitamins and minerals like zinc, magnesium, vitamin E and K plus a whole lot more. Try this out for yourselves and change your cheese life!
Cashew Parmesan Cheese

- 1 cup raw cashews
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 TBS. nutritional yeast
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and process until it resembles parmesan cheese. Make sure and not over process or you will end up releasing the oils from the cashews and have cashew butter. Store in an airtight glass container and keep for up to a week.
