It’s Monday and time for a fresh start! I made this smoothie yesterday and thought I would share. It’s packed with amazing nutrients including your greens, omegas and lots of fiber! You can add protein powder if you want for a more athletic shake. I hope you have an amazing week!

Omega Green Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 small green apple
- 3-4 dates
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1 TBS. Chia seeds
- 1 TBS. flax oil
- 1 scoop of Vanilla Sunwarrior raw vegan protein powder (optional)
- Blend and Nourish!
Notes
- This makes enough for 2 people.
